Return Policy

At Onlyomg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. This policy applies to all orders within the United States.

1. Return Window

You have a period of 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return requests made after this window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "New Only" condition. The product must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and tags.

3. Accepted Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for both defective products (damaged or incorrect items) and non-defective products (customer remorse).
• Onlyomg proudly accepts exchanges if you require a different size or color.

4. Return Method & Fees

• Return Method: All returns must be conducted by mail.
• Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in the package at no cost (Free).
• Restocking Fee: We charge No restocking fees for any returned items.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The total refund processing time is 14 days from the date the return is received at our facility. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please document the condition with clear photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt to prioritize a replacement or refund.
