  • Tracking numbers are sent via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers, at the time of checkout. Onlyomg is unable to redirect or modify shipments once they have been handed over to our carriers.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

A package is officially marked as delivered once confirmed by the carrier's tracking system. If a package is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation available), we will file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Onlyomg currently operates exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please document the condition with clear photos and contact support@onlyomg.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
