At Onlyomg, we prioritize efficient order fulfillment. Because we maintain a 0-1 business day handling time, orders move quickly into the processing stage. Please review our guidelines for cancellations and modifications carefully.
1. Cancellation Window
To provide the fastest service, orders are processed shortly after they are placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 6 hours of purchase.
Within 6 Hours: We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund immediately.
After 6 Hours: Your order may have already been packed or dispatched. In this case, we cannot cancel the order, and you will need to follow our standard Return Policy after the package arrives.
2. Order Modifications
If you need to change the size, color, or shipping address of your items, please notify us as soon as possible.
Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse in Sarasota.
Once a tracking number has been generated, no modifications can be made to the shipment.
3. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Onlyomg is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, redelivery fees may apply.
4. Refused Shipments
Refusing a delivery is not an authorized method of cancellation. If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery, the original shipping cost ($6.99) will not be refunded, and the return will be processed according to our standard 14-day refund timeline once the package is returned to us.
