This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled at Onlyomg. We are committed to processing your funds fairly and transparently following an approved return.
Refund Processing Window:14 Days from the receipt of the returned item.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are initiated once your returned item has been received at our Sarasota facility and inspected for quality. To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in its original, "New Only" condition.
It must include all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
The return must have been initiated within the 30-day return window.
2. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will automatically apply the credit to your original method of payment.
Inspection: 1-2 business days after the package reaches our warehouse.
Approval Notification: You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Credit Issue: The refund will be processed within 14 days.
3. Payment Methods
Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot issue refunds to alternative bank accounts or different cards for security reasons.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the 14-day window, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is visible.

5. Sale Items
Refunds for items purchased during a sale or with a discount code will be issued at the price paid at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping Costs
As per our policy, Onlyomg provides free return shipping labels. However, the original shipping cost paid at the time of order ($6.99) is non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
